Our Call for Speakers is now CLOSED. Submission deadline was September 21, 2018.  Please contact cmi_speakers@ubm.com to be added to our notification list for future Call for Speakers opportunities.


How much does it cost to attend the ContentTECH Summit?

Regular price is $1,399 for a main conference pass. A main conference pass includes Monday’s evening’s networking event and all sessions on Tuesday, April 9 & Wednesday, April 10. Workshops take place on Monday, April 8 and can be included in your registration with the purchase of an All-Access or Main Conference Plus pass. The ContentTECH Summit Post Show Video Access option is available as a stand-alone purchase item for $595 or can be added with the All-Access pass or Main Conference Plus pass. There are numerous discounts on these prices for those who register early. For more information about pricing and the different passes available please visit our registration page.



Is the ContentTECH Summit Post Show Video Access the same as live streaming?

No, unfortunately at this time we are not offering live streaming of the full event. We are excited to offer Post Show Video Access to attendees and non-attendees. Those who purchase this option have access to the video and audio of the event approximately three weeks after the conclusion of the conference. It will include video & audio of the general sessions and audio & PowerPoint presentations of all the breakout sessions. The content will be online and accessible for one year for anyone who purchases it.


Is there a group discount?

We offer discounts for groups of 4, or more – the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! We also offer a limited amount of discounts to approved non-profit organizations & those currently attending an academic institution. Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant.

For groups of 4 – 9 please just register all attendees at the same time via our online registration tool. Once you add the fourth person to your group a 10% discount will automatically be taken off your total. For groups of 10 or more please email us to receive instructions to register using the discounts, or for more information on the discounts, please contact cmi_registration@ubm.com.

What meals are included with my registration?

A main conference registration includes an opening night reception on Monday, April 8 with light appetizers; continental breakfast, lunch and a reception with light appetizers on Tuesday; and continental breakfast and lunch on Wednesday.


What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

  • If you cancel before December 1, 2018 you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee.
  • If you cancel on or after December 1, 2018 but before January 4, 2019 you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel on or after January 4, 2019 you will not be eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place.
  • All Fees must be paid by March 4, 2019.


Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. Please email cmi_registration@ubm.com for substitution information.


What is the dress code?

Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.


Will I receive event updates?

Yes, Content Marketing Institute will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address cmi_registration@ubm.com is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.
