When and where will ContentTECH Summit 2020 now take place?

ContentTECH Summit 2020 will now be a 100% virtual event taking place August 10-12, 2020.

I am a current ContentTECH Summit 2020 paid conference or workshop registrant; now that the event has been converted to a virtual event, what will happen with my pass?

We have automatically transferred your registration to a virtual pass to help make this a seamless transition for you. In the coming weeks you will receive more information about the virtual event and information on how to access it.

What is the hotel room cancellation policy?

Individuals who have made hotel reservations inside the ContentTECH Summit room block will not have to pay penalties or fees associated with cancelling their reservations. Our housing company, CHP, will automatically cancel your room for you and send a confirmation to you.

How can I submit to speak at ContentTECH Summit?

Our Call for Speakers is now CLOSED. Submission deadline was September 13, 2019.  Please contact [email protected] to be added to our notification list for future Call for Speakers opportunities.

How much does it cost to participate in the ContentTECH Summit virtual event?

Regular price is $799 for a virtual pass. You may also purchase a virtual pass + workshop option if you would like access to one of our workshop presentations. For more information about pricing and the different passes available please visit our registration page.

Is there a group discount?

We offer discounts for groups of 4, or more – the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant.  For groups of 4 – 9 please register all attendees at the same time via our online registration platform. Once you add the fourth person to your group a 10% discount will automatically be taken off your total.

We also offer a limited number of discounts to approved non-profit organizations & those currently attending or employed by an academic institution.

When I pay by credit card, what company name will show up on my statement?

The company name on your statement will read ContentTECH Summit.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

  • If you cancel before May 1, 2020 you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee.
  • If you cancel on or after May 1, 2020 but before June 1, 2020 you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel on or after June 1, 2020 you will not be eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place.
  • All fees must be paid by July 3, 2020.

May I transfer my pass to someone else?

You may transfer your pass to someone else at any time. Please email [email protected] for transfer information.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, Content Marketing Institute will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

What is the difference between ContentTECH Summit and Content Marketing World?

Depending on your role, both events might be a great fit for you! That said, there are a few key differences between the two events. ContentTECH Summit (August) focuses on the effective use of technology, and how that can help content marketing efforts by making content more visible, giving customers better experiences. Attendees include CMOs, CTOs, enterprise marketing leaders, and anyone working at the convergence of marketing and technology. At Content Marketing World (October, Cleveland), we cover every aspect of content marketing including content creation, visual storytelling, branded content, content distribution, demand gen and more (20+ more topics, to be exact!). Attendees include brand and agency content marketing practitioners in any function.
